There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. I have been selling real estate in San Antonio since May of '91. I'm originally from Houston, TX. I started my career in real estate with a small company, Gay Zinn Properties. After a few months I decided to move to a larger company, and went over to Century 21 Action Realty, where I worked for over 6 1/2 years. I had a great experience with this company, sold real estate and was selected to be the Relocation Director. I have assisted buyers and sellers to relocate from all over the world.  I have built great relationships with other real estate agents from across the country who help people relocate from city to city.  So if you need to relocate to another area, I can certainly find you an agent to help make your move as easy as possible.

   

I have twin girls, born in '93, and after having my son in '97, I decided it was time for a change and I moved to RE/MAX Preferred REALTORS. I was there for a couple of  years, but then decided I needed more flexibility, so I moved to  Home Team of America in 2000.  In May of 2009, I opened a branch office and I received my GRI Designation along with receiving The San Antonio Business Top 50 Agent Award for 2009, #22 for the city.  In March of 2011, I received my Real Estate Broker's License and opened up Smart Group Realtors!  I also received the #9 spot in the Top 50 Agent Award in San Antonio out of 6500 agents. The following year, I was recognized as number 3 in the top 5 of  REO agents for San Antonio, TX. In 2013 - 2016, I was in the Top 50 again!  Working together with my team to sell properties in San Antonio while keeping up with the latest in the real estate market.

 

Since 1999, I have been specializing in handling foreclosures for companies such as Fannie Mae and The VA and many other companies.  I also represent home owners to help them sell their home for the highest possible price, and move them on to their next destination. As well as representing buyers to help them find the home of their dreams at the best possible price.

I enjoy helping sellers and buyers come together to reach their real estate goal, and working in the real estate industry. I am able to have an income, have fun, and spend time with my family, while helping people with the single most important purchase they'll ever make, buying real estate.
